This Privacy Policy explains how LadderLocal LLC ("LadderLocal," "we," "us") collects and uses information when you use our website and services. This is a starting template — have it reviewed by qualified counsel before relying on it in production.
Information we collect
From prospective and current clients: business name, contact name, email, phone, website, and notes you provide through our forms or during onboarding.
On behalf of clients: when a client engages us, we process the names and contact details of their finished-job customers solely to send Google review requests on the client's behalf.
Automatically: standard web analytics such as pages viewed and approximate location, used to improve the site.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, deliver our services, generate Google review requests, produce performance reports, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information.
Review requests & messaging
Review requests are sent only to genuine customers who have completed work with our client. Recipients can opt out of further messages at any time via the unsubscribe link in an email, or by replying STOP to a text message where SMS is enabled. We never offer incentives in exchange for reviews.
Service providers
We rely on trusted processors to operate, including Supabase (database & authentication), Resend (email), Stripe (billing), and Google Gemini (AI drafting). Where SMS is enabled, we use Twilio. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.
Data retention & security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls.
